What is Pray n’ Play: Christmas
Pray n’ Play: Christmas explores the ways the Christmas story fulfills the prophesies made about the Messiah. We will see that from the place Jesus was born, to the people who visited him. Every single part pointed to Jesus being the Rescuer King the world had been waiting for.
I know that seems super deep, and it is! But don’t worry, this study is designed for families with littles. I wanted to create something that would speak to every member of the family. From littles learning the Christmas story for the first time, to parents needing something new to meditate on this season. I pray this blesses you, and brings you closer to Jesus.
This devotional is made to fit right into your holiday traditions, as opposed to feeling like one more thing to do in an already busy season. As you deliver Christmas goodies to neighbors, remember the angel that delivered the news to Mary. As you watch Charlie Brown’s Christmas, ponder the mystery that the Shepherds were Jesus’s first visitors. As you drive around looking at Christmas lights, think about the wisemen who travelled, following a star to the Christ Child. May every single part of our celebrations point us towards the One we celebrate.
